#asktheexperts . Hello doctor. Good morning I'm taking lactare tablets daily 3 times for 15 days but milk is not secreted. I'm eating non veg also I'm doing all things for milk production but milk is not secreted what should I do for milk production. pls tell me

have shatavari powder and drink in milk
hydrate well
lime juice
coconut water
soups
dal water
thin gravy vegetables
have methi seeds in curries and vegetables
or soaked overnight and have with water in morning 1tspn
