#asktheexperts hello doctor good afternoon my daughter is 9 month old she has running nose from yesterday evening plz advice.

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be vefdry useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the svymptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

A. Sinarist 1ML twice a day can be given to the child you can give this medicine for 3 to 5 days maximum along with that if you want you can also give steam to the child indirectly that is also going to help a lot in controlling this issue
