By the time children turn one, their body can digest almost everything adults eat. Give all family food in soft and roughly mashed form.

Yes What kind of dry fruits can be given to the child from the very beginning itself so you can definitely give it to the child but as of now since you cannot give it full to the child what you can do is you can really break it into small pieces you can make syrup out of it you can give it in any form to the child
