A. Dear mum, for 1 year old baby, you can give all types of food that you normally cook at home. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give roti, parantha, daliya, khichadi, dal rice, pulao, idli, dosa. Eggs and non veg foods Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts. Curd, paneer, cheese. Snacks like poha, sheera, Upma, vermicelli, besan cheela.
