Mam there is actually no such reason for hyperactivity because if you look around 80% of the kids in the world hyperactive these days but there is no specific logic for being hyperactive you can just say that the kind of food that we people have the kids have you know nothing is pure an adult a lot of times because of that also the hyper activity in kids can be seen
