#asktheexperts good morning mam, my daughter 4 months old baby getting cough continuously for 1 to 2 minutes. we are using antibiotics and fever Syrup since last one week as per doctor advice. but, doctor prescribed same medicine for next one week. is it ok for that long usage of medicine.

A. Hello my dear parent! There are many viral infections going around which will take longer time for a total recovery. So it is advisable to complete the course of treatment as advised by the doctor and there will be a gradual improvement in your child condition.
