every child is different and has different milestones.
start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
give sunbath every morning

Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family.
