#asktheexperts Good morning Doctor, My daughter is 3 years old, but for the past 3-4 months, her weight has remained fixed at 12 kg. There has been no increase or decrease at all.

A. Hello my dear parent! Sometimes it can be due to deficiency issues. Consult your child doctor for further assistance. Give your child a well balanced, healthy diet that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet.
