#asktheexperts giving both feed breast milk and once or twice formula feed is it ok ....will it help my baby grow as she is low birth weight .

A. Hello good morning !! Yes you can give formula milk exclusively or as supplement along with breast milk if you have low milk production... Until 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies... Generally babies increase 400-800gm per month , check weight gain according to growth chart every month ,sleep of 13-17 hours a day is important as sleep impacts growth harmone...
