Brozeet kids is very good but I would recommend you to 1st check with your doctor before you give it to the child because a lot of cough medicines have been banned by the government after the death cases of infants so please don’t give any medicine without Dr reference I am suggesting you as per my knowledge which I have given to my own child but still check with your doctor first
