#asktheexperts for 1 year baby should be give cow milk or continue formula milk ? can you suggest option which is good with nutrition

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk or packet milk. Start with small quantities to check the suitability and for better assimilation. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids.
