Jaggery Fox nuts green leafy vegetables and spinach spinach specially broccoli you can give beetroot and and pomegranate to the child every day you should give varieties of fruits to your child they are highly rich and vitamin C and iron and you can give back black rice sweet potato these things are very rich and raisins are also very good for Iron
