ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear parent, for a 4 months old baby, you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious, safe and complete food for baby till 6 months. introduce top food after 6 months.

as baby is just 4 months old, please provide breasfeeding only
there is no need of other food items.
once baby reach at age of 6 months,you can start giving semisolid food items to your child
but till that ,you must give breasfeeding only
