the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as feverx
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor. z

measure the temperature using Babyhug temperature strip and if it's 100 or above it's fever 
calpol pediatric drops can be given as suggested by your doctor (as per weight and age) 
please keep her well hydrated by giving her breast milk and/or fluids.
