Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may bevd aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme prefparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Bonnie spaz It’s a medicine that you can give to the child on regular basis this is the only best solution for issue that your child is having in in every evening you can give five drops one time as and when required by the child this is the best solution trust me nothing can be better than this for the child
