#asktheexperts Doctor, my child sometimes has leg pain in the legs at night while sleeping. Could you please advise if any medicine or treatment is required?

A. Kids have growth pain in this age which can be seen between the age of 3 1/2 years to 13 years of age so you can start with calcium and vitamin D after consulting the doctor and massaging the legs with warm mustard oil before sleeping will also be very helpful
