#asktheexperts Doctor I’m on breast feeding . One of my family doctor suggested me to stop breast feeding as it’s not necessary at this age for my son. Is that a right thing to do so? His birth weight was 3.25kg now he weighs about 11kg +

yes as child is 1.7 year old ,you should start weaning
but do it gradually
for that, set consistent mealtimes for your child
encourage your child by giving different recipes
