#asktheexperts Dear doctor, My daughter weighs 4 kg 750 gm. She is just 4 months old. She weighed 2kg 550 gm during her birth time. She is exclusively breastfeed baby. Is she gaining weight correctly? As per WHO standard,it is showing lower than standard level. Kindly guide me.

A. weight should be double the birth weight at 4-6months .. it is exclusively breast feed recommended for six months.. mother milk helps in weight gain.. maintain gap between feeds at least two hrs..
