ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 4 month Check if the baby is having any colic pain give colicaid drops as prescribed by your doctor feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding adequately maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

mostly it happens because of Colic ,hunger , teething etc
so , please feed your child on demand.
make sure your child get enough milk.
burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding.
give Massage to your child regularly which will help to prevent and cure stomach upset.
