Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. if your baby is 4 month old and he pastor stool after every feed it is completely normal to pass stool more than three to four times a day but if the stool is false smelling then you should consult your doctor for further medication
