#asktheexperts Can we start solids as the baby completes 6 months or should I wait until the baby starts sitting ?

A. hello u can start with semi solid n liquid based food after the baby complete 6 months n incase the bm is not enough can give infant fm using a bpa free bottle like babyhug can help
