Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Yes , you can of she's not.having.cold or cough and it should he given in small quantity Homemade fresh curd is preferred over yogurt. Buttermilk lassi are also good alternatives. Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water
