#asktheexperts Can we give Dates to 5 month started baby by dipping in milk and bland it and feed them

A. no don't give. as their digestive system in not develop to digest it or can leads to stomach infection, No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months.

A. dates at five months no it is exclusively breast feeding recommend for six months nothing else as the baby complete six months you can give dry fruits as cashew almond or dates in paste or powdered form
