Hello good morning !! For a 6 month old if baby on formula feed then feeding essentials feeding bottle, bottle cleaner,extra nipples and other essential medicines fever,cold, cough ,thermometer, nebulizer if started semi solids then napkin, toothers, tongue cleaners, soothers if baby is on teething; Semi solid feeding essentials like good quality bowl, spoon, stroller,pram for baby walk, after a month whenever baby Starts sitting without support you can purchase  high chairs which is useful at home for feeding ,if you are at work in kitchen you can make baby sit around your surroundings and do your work meanwhile  observing,you cab use chair while growing up as a study chair.
