We should apply castor oil in the navel of the child like a drop before sleeping so you can start with the water rice water followed by fruits and vegetables of all kinds you can give coconut water every day once you can give butter twice or thrice you can give hundred ML of water minimum to start with then you can give Khichdi and porridge and say varieties made out of ragi Suji and oats as well
