#asktheexperts can I start solids for my 5 months n 5 day old baby ...she starts asking seeing plates or spoon..if yes then what should I give

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, etc and water also. Not before six months. Take care
