POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Yes, you can give steamed sweet potato to the baby in 7 months. It is a great source of good carbohydrates and help in increasing the weight too. Do not add anything else like salt, just feed plain. You can also add it with mixed vegetable soup to increase the nutritional value.
