Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, it is always rec to begin non vegetarian food items with babies as they turn 1 year or above. Not before that. As that can lead to allergies or stomach upset. By age 2 year baby's digestive system starts improving and strong enough to start with non veg.
