ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Recent guidelines says lactating mothers can also take covid vaccine . it's all your choice.
Both the vaccines given by the government are completely safe for breastfeeding lactating and pregnant women.
if you experience any symptoms like fever, body pains, headaches, joint pains then take paracetamol .

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
