POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. You can start giving cow milk to the baby but in dilute form first. As it is heavier to digest comparatively, mix some water with it. Start with foods made from it like paneer, curd, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, custard, etc.
Feed 3 main meals and 3-4 times milk everyday. You can now make some new food introducts like yolk of a boiled egg, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, khuchdi, legumes, mashed banana and boiled potato, mixed vegetable soup, chapati mashed in dal, rice with dal, idli-dosa, upma, etc.
