Cereal, millets based breakfast idly, roti, dosa, porridge, cerelac,omlet, Boiled egg..
lunch/dinner - rice, roti with sabji, dal, curd,egg/paneer,meat as curry, stuffed roti/parathas, kichdi, pulav.. along with salads give adequate water, fluids for hydration.
