ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, since your baby is only 1 month old, the most healthy way to gain weight is to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
