ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It is better to consult your Paediatrician and get it checked as it needs to be physically examined to rule out the diagnosis and it might be due to fabric allergy so use pre washed csoft cotton clothes and use derma dew soap and lotion
