A. If there is watery stools when you must immediately start oral rehydration Therapy with the help of ORS powder, which is easily available in market. If the child is not better in two days, you must see your doctor immediately

A. hi...if the poo consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then check for baby's intake that should be the problem and treat it accordingly And change baby's food or other food intake. Also ensure to give digestion medicines asking your doctor. Otherwise if consistency is fine no issues
