Probably be just you do some infection in the stomach of the child which is why I can see blood is over there a lot of times you to heart motion also it can be a possibility but what is the times we have seen it is mostly due to some kind of an infection in the stomach only so you should get a check with your paediatrWrite Your Answer Here
