#asktheexperts after my baby 6 th month started he is not sleeping full night around 5 am he is sleeping please help me wat can be done...i tried some routine sleep also still same

A. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and he doesn’t sleep properly before 5 am so give him a nutmeg rub with a 100 ml of warm milk before dinner
