It is advisable to get in touch with your consulting gynaecologist to understand the issue and seek medical assistance if required. Try Yoga and Meditation for better physical and mental health.

Sometimes the hormones get disturbed and you don’t get your period but this it is not for such a long time I think something another major problem is there which is why you have missed your period for seven months should immediately consult your gynaecologist
