Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. the milestones you have mentioned for your child are delayed.
you have to first meet your pediatrician for the assessment of the milestones as well as growth of the child
whether any therapy is required or not will be told by the doctor after the assessment
at this age the child should pass stool regularly.
if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed xfoods as well as biscuits and refined food
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and most of the babies start walking properly up to 18 months and please massage your baby legs with almond oil and peanut oil twice a day. Also can evaluate once with your local child doctor too. And babies start speaking properly up to three years of age. For constipation give baby rich fibre food and increase the intake of liquid and give baby prune juice on daily basis as it is very effective in constipation.
Thanks and take care
