A. dear mum, you can begin with soft and mashed foods like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix. consistency of food should be like that of ghee avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day. give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food
