NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello this can be if the child is having constipation and in such case it would be better to check with your doctor since baby is very small and your doctor will be able to guide you accordingly and make sure the baby is taking sufficient breast milk which should be better
