#asktheexperts 2 month old baby is having watery and frequent stools. Sounds can be heard in the stomach and has not slept whole night.

A. Hi mom watery and frequent stools is due to indigestion or infection in stomach. For this u need to consult ur doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation.
