#asktheexperts 1yr 4 month old boy has only 4 central incisiors and there are no tooth erupting . What can be the reason ??

A. hi kids can get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3-3.5 years. gently massage the gum pad area with clea finger tip or cloth
