#asktheexperts 1.my son not take full diet 2 he is not healthy but activity is good 3 weight of child is not gaining good enough

A. Hello mom you have to emphasis on healthy high calorie foods , such as fresh fruit milk shakes. Dry fruits And nuts , lentils and legumes, stuff paranthas , panner , ghee C soya and products etc would be good options
