#AskTheExpert yesterday was my first day of feeding (3rd day of delivery). My nipples are already sore and painful. Any cream that can be used for the same?

A. hi parent Nipcare cream can he used to apply over it nipple shield can be used to prevent more damage you may take our the milk from it and give her the same using the spoon for time being
