AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom Constipation is common in néw born babies. No need to worry. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. Breast feed babies are rarely constipated. If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry.
