urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour. 
the minimum requirementc would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint

gedd more frequently. Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively.  If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .
