#asktheexpert why it is not advisable to give cow milk or buffalo milk, also salt & Sugar to baby less than one year old???

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. cow milk n Buffalo milk has complex proteins difficult for babies to digest. better to avoid adding salt and sugar till one year..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney, n suppress immunity.
