#AskTheExpert why does my daughter gets runny nose once in 15days ?? what can we do to avoid coming it again and again

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Mecydicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used fin a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. getting running nose again and again my suggestion will be to apply warm mustard oil on baby chest and back and feet and gently massage at bed time
mustard oil provides warmth..
give steam inhalation
use Nasoclear saline nasal drops
use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
