Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent she can be given two to four meals a day each meal should comprise of two small bowls. But never force her to eat Don't over feed her. include probiotics , soups , meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits , daliya khichdi upma sheera porridge etc
