#asktheexpert which month is good to start solid food, 5 or 6th month, particularly incase shortage of beast milk.

A. Even if it is a shortage of breastfeeding you cannot start with food before completing the age of six months if you are short on your milk the best milk that you can start with for your child is only formula feeding as that is going to be the right thing that you can go ahead with giving to the child
